TECHNIFORM'S LATEST EVENTS. NEW NEWS 2007 –Techniform’s Rialto, California facility recently completed the installation of a 1000 ton Sheriden skin-extrusion stretch press. This stretch press has the capability of forming sheet sizes of 86” wide x 35’ long, and extrusion circle sizes up to 20” in diameter. This very diverse stretch press also features custom set up and tear down support equipment which allows for quick change-over times, short lead-times and very competitive pricing. We had upgraded our shear and break equipment in CA, added roll form capacity, added an A-7 and A-15 to our TX site. A model 60 wil also be online soon. Techniform’s Texas manufacturing facility located in Mabank, TX, has recently installed a 16’ – 300 Ton Niagra shear with capabilities of shearing 5/8" mild steel and 3/8" stainless steel. Techniform’s Texas manufacturing facility located in Mabank, TX, has recently installed 21’ – 200 Ton CNC Promecam hydraulic press brake with capabilities of braking 252" materials. Texas Facility includes 1)Hufford Model A-15 stretch press extension which will expand our capabilities to include 300 tons and 45’ in length. 2)To meet the ever increasing heat-treat and artificial aging requirements, Texas is installing a 45’ long certified heat treating oven. California include 1)Installation of a Hufford Model-60 skin / extrusion stretch press. With capabilities to include 1100 tons, 336" length and 83" sheet width. 2)Design and build of a complete Leading Edge Press is in the design stages and is estimated to be operational in 2007. New standards and specifications: Techniform CA/TX facilities are both AS9100 certified.
